Callback not reaching my server

EazuPay posts a signed callback to the notify URL you sent when creating the order. If your server is not reachable over public HTTPS, rejects the request, or doesn't reply ok, the callback can fail or repeat.

Checklist

  • Notify URL is public and uses HTTPS
  • No login, firewall or bot protection blocks the request
  • Signature is verified with the right key
  • Reply with HTTP 200 and the body ok
  • Use order query as a backup for reconciliation
