Terms and conditions
These terms are an agreement between you and EazuPay Private Limited, Shanghai, China, and govern your use of EazuPay. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your password and API keys secret, and are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Permitted use
You may use EazuPay only for lawful goods and services and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
3. Payments and settlement
Your balance is credited only after a payment is confirmed for the exact amount. Unpaid orders expire after 10 minutes. Fees are deducted as shown in your dashboard.
4. Withdrawals
Withdrawals require OTP verification and may be reviewed before they are sent. We may hold or decline a withdrawal while we investigate suspected fraud or legal requests.
5. USDT and P2P
USDT is supported on TRC-20 only. P2P trades are subject to the P2P Terms, including minimum amounts and a security hold shown on each order.
6. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by wrong details you provide such as a wrong UPI ID or wallet address.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the bottom of this page shows the latest version.
8. Who we are
EazuPay is operated by EazuPay Private Limited, Bao Ding Lu 230hao 6lou, HongKou District, Shanghai, 200028, China.
