USDT sent on the wrong network

EazuPay supports USDT on TRON (TRC-20) only. USDT sent on another network, such as ERC-20 or BEP-20, does not arrive at the TRC-20 address and may not be recoverable.

Avoid it

  • Choose TRON / TRC-20 in your wallet or exchange
  • Check the address starts with T
  • Send the exact amount shown
  • Keep the 64-character TXID
